Zeba Hyder

Zeba Hyder is the Head of Digital Marketing, Global Consumer since Feb 2013.  She is responsible for empowering targeted countries accelerate their growth in customer-centric digital marketing & ecommerce. Prior to this Zeba was the acting Chief Marketing Officer in Brazil since 2011 where she established, developed and drove a customer-centric integrated marketing capability based on deep customer research.   Prior to that she launched direct marketing operations in a number of countries for AIG Personal Lines where she worked since 2008.  Before joining AIG, Zeba drove several ecommerce and traditional marketing operations at HSBC Life Insurance, SBLI Life Insurance, Bank of America & Chase Manhattan. She has been a speaker at various eCommerce conferences and holds a USA patent in Electronic Signature for Insurance Applications for the Internet and the Call Center.  Zeba has an MBA from Boston University.
